At CG Cattle Company, we believe in raising cattle the right way—ethically, sustainably, and with respect for the land. Founded in 2023 by Kayce Hawk and Colin Gabriel, we are first-generation ranchers dedicated to providing our community with high-quality, nutrient-dense, grass-fed beef.
Sustainable
Located in the wide-open spaces of West Lancaster, we practice regenerative grazing, a method that not only improves soil health but also ensures our cattle live in a natural, low-stress environment. By rotating our herds across pastures, we mimic the way animals have grazed for centuries, replenishing the land rather than depleting it.

We started CG Cattle Company with a vision: to reconnect people with their food. In today’s world, it’s easy to forget where our meals come from. We want to change that by offering locally raised, ethically produced beef directly from our ranch to your table.
