My Story

Colin Gabriel is a first-generation rancher with a deep passion for horses and the Californio tradition of horsemanship and stockmanship. Colin grew up with a love for animals and a strong respect for the land. His journey into ranching was fueled by a commitment to regenerative agriculture and a desire to raise high-quality, ethically produced beef.
 

Alongside Kayce, Colin co-founded CG Cattle Company in 2023, bringing his dedication to sustainable ranching to life. He believes in the power of responsible land management to restore ecosystems and create healthier food sources. Colin’s hands-on approach and commitment to transparency ensure that every cut of beef from CG Cattle Company meets the highest standards of quality and care. Through his work, he hopes to reconnect people with their food while preserving the timeless traditions of horsemanship and cattle ranching.
